This job was a re-visit from an earlier project. The customer had a tired looking patio which was on such a slope it was causing damp issues to the adjacent garage. The old patio was retained with log edging which was starting to rot, so this needed amending. The spec was a simple re-design to retain a new patio with oak sleepers, an all new drainage system running to a soak away to cure the existing damp problems. We incorporated some new steps and flower beds and laid the customers paving slab of choice. In this case we used Marshalls Heritage range of paving. The garden came together really nicely and AJB Landscapes are now using it as a show piece for our work.
